Leadership Staff members serve our church body by providing spiritual leadership and support as they work alongside the congregation.

Randy Barrington
Lead Pastor
Pastor Randy was born and raised in Ormstown, Quebec. As young children, they attended church occasionally, with no real commitment or understanding of God.
When Randy was nineteen he started dating Brenda Watt who was born and raised on Covey Hill.
Brenda was raised in the Franklin Centre Church but left during her teen years. After four years of dating, they were married and remained in this area.
Their first child Mallory was born two years later, and Brenda and Randy decided that they should be bringing their young child to church, and Brenda’s home church just made sense. Brenda came to faith very quickly and Randy a couple of years later.
Three years after Mallory was born their son Travis came along and the little family was complete. Several years later Randy felt a call into the ministry, but never dreamed he would ever end up Pastoring his local church. Randy filled in as supply Pastor from 2003 to 2005. Randy and Brenda are now proud Grandparents and have been in full-time ministry as Senior Pastor of the Franklin Centre Church of the Nazarene since 2007 and he was ordained as an Elder in 2011.
Randy and Brenda both feel very blessed to be a part of the Franklin Centre Church and have a strong desire that everyone should come to faith.

Linda Daoust
Church Secretary
Linda and her husband Roland were called to the Church of the Nazarene in the late 1980s while raising their children and served in many leadership roles in the Franklin Church and in the Quebec District. Later, the Lord led them to Southeast Asia where they served for 20 years with Nazarene World Mission.
Having recently retired from the mission field they have returned home and remain passionate about expanding the Lord’s work globally while serving locally. They have 6 children and 12 grandchildren.

Paul Seguin
Sunday School Superintendant
I became a believer in Jesus Christ through the Franklin Church Ministry in the year of 1993. My wife, Anna, and I have four children who have all left the nest.
We have been serving this church for many years, and feel like is our family. I felt called to the ministry at the age of 50 and so began the course of study in the church of the Nazarene.
I received my first District License in June 2014 and began as Associate Pastor in November 2015. My first assignment was to Pastor a non-denominational congregation in Ormstown.
Pastor Randy is my mentor and guide as I learn to lead a congregation. The Lord has provided a loving family in Franklin to encourage and support us as we follow His leading.
Alison Paxton
Treasurer
I have been a Sunday School Teacher for the little ones from newborn to five years old, I am a mother of two and grandmother of 6.
I believe you are never too young to learn about Jesus’ love for us. Young children learned about Jesus through stories and songs, I work part-time outside of the home in a daycare. I guess you could say that I love children and I know that Jesus does.

Alison Boyle
Administrative Asistant
I love being involved in the Church and serving wherever there is a need.
I started as the Administrative Assistant to Pastor Randy in January 2022. This job or calling is full of change and there is something new to learn every day. Thank you Jesus for this opportunity, we have a great Church family at Village Church.
Judi Sutton
NMI President
My name is Judy-Ann Dauphinais (Sutton).
I have been NMI President for a few years now. I am a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of 7 (so far).
We have been collecting shoeboxes for Samaritan’s Purse every November. My goal at the beginning of my ministry was to reach 50 boxes but the generosity of people has shown me that anything is possible, with over 100 boxes collected last year. This ministry is very important to me because we can easily see how the boxes bring joy and more importantly hope through the Word of Jesus to children, their families, and friends around the world.
As NMI President, I also collect money for Alabaster during the months of February and September, which is used for the construction of churches, schools, and medical facilities and for supporting our missionaries throughout the world.
I enjoy fellowship with my church family and especially our monthly potlucks!!
I can do all things through him who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. (Hebrews 12:1)

I have been part of the church since 2009, my work with God has been an amazing journey up to this day, through the years, I have taken part in the church board, Sunday School, and most recently in charge of church media, web, audio, and video.
I feel honored and committed to our wonderful community and to our church, and the only way I know how to do it, is with the use of technology, distance is not a barrier to keeping connected, we experienced a strong sense of connection during Covid season which made us even stronger.
